*Exclusive hours are from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. This means there are no conference activities, education sessions, meetings or events held outside of the exhibit hall.

Monday, September 15

8 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.

*Please make sure that you are in the building by 7:30pm EST if you are planning on setting up your booth. You may stay after 7:30 pm to set-up your booth but must be in the building by 7:30 PM.

NOTE: Overtime rates will be in effect all day Sunday.

Move Out

Wednesday, September 17

3:01 pm – 9 p.m.

Thursday, September 18

8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Note: Overtime rates will be in effect after 5 p.m.

Outside carriers must be checked in by Wednesday, September 17, at 8 p.m., or by Thursday, September 18, at 3:30 p.m., for all remaining outbound shipments.
