Conference events will take place in Halls A, B, C and D of the Philadelphia Convention Center.
Attendees gain exclusive access to the exhibit hall from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. during conference days. This means there are no conference activities, education sessions, meetings or events held outside of the exhibit hall.

*Please make sure that you are in the building by 4:30 p.m. EST Sunday and 7:30 p.m. EST Monday if you are planning on setting up your booth. You may stay after to set-up your booth but must be in the building by those times. NOTE: Overtime rates will be in effect all day Sunday.
**Outside carriers must be checked in by Wednesday, September 30, at 8 p.m., or by Thursday, October 1, at 3:30 p.m., for all remaining outbound shipments. NOTE: Overtime rates will be in effect after 5 p.m.
