Shola Richards is the CEO and Founder of Go Together Global®, the best-selling author of the award-winning book Civil Unity, and the host of The Kindness Extremist Podcast. Most of all, Shola is leading a worldwide movement to change the world based on how we treat each other at work. His tireless international efforts to make the world a kinder place from San Juan to Singapore have earned him the well-deserved nickname, “Brother Teresa”.
As a speaker, Shola has shared his transformative message with Fortune 500 companies such as Google and Microsoft, with major media such as the TODAY Show and CBS Mornings, and in his greatest honor to date, in September 2021, he was invited to testify in front of the United States House of Representatives on Capitol Hill to share his expert recommendations on how to bring more civility to Congress.
Kristine Stratton is the president and chief executive officer of the National Recreation and Park Association (NRPA), which works to ensure that all people have access to the health, social and environmental benefits of parks and recreation. NRPA advances this vision by investing in and championing the work of park and recreation professionals as a catalyst for positive change in service of equity, environmental resilience, and overall health and well-being. Her passion is working at the intersection of people and the environment, and she holds a Master of Arts degree in environmental policy and urban planning from Tufts University and a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Boston University.
