All matters relating to the Site and these Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding relating to the Site and these Terms and Conditions must be instituted in the federal or state courts situated in the Commonwealth of Virginia. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.
