Exhibit Hall Dates and Hours

Tuesday, September 29

10:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Wednesday, September 30

10:30 a.m. – 3 p.m.

*Exclusive hours are from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. This means there are no conference activities, education sessions, meetings or events held outside of the exhibit hall.

Move-In and Move-Out Hours

Move In

Sunday, September 27: 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Monday, September 28: 8 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.

*Please make sure that you are in the building by 4:30 p.m. EST Sunday and 7:30 p.m. EST Monday if you are planning on setting up your booth. You may stay after to set-up your booth but must be in the building by those times.

NOTE: Overtime rates will be in effect all day Sunday.

Move Out

Wednesday, September 29: 3:01 pm – 9 p.m.
Thursday, October 1: 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Note: Overtime rates will be in effect after 5 p.m.

Outside carriers must be checked in by Wednesday, September 30, at 8 p.m., or by Thursday, October 1, at 3:30 p.m., for all remaining outbound shipments.
