Hargrove is NRPA’s general show contractor and manages the move-in and move-out process. You may rent carpet, flooring, tables, chairs and more from them by visiting your Hargrove online account.

MCI USA is our housing and registration provider. Housing and Registration opens on Monday, May 11 at noon EDT.

ADVANCE SHIPPING:

Advance shipments will be received at the warehouse:
Tuesday, August 25 – Wednesday, September 23, 2026

Receiving Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. EDT

Items will be moved to site on overtime. A 50% overtime surcharge will apply.

DIRECT SHIPPING:

Shipments handled before 8:00 a.m. or after 4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday, or anytime Saturday, Sunday or holiday, will be assessed a 50% overtime surcharge.
