*Exclusive hours are from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. This indicates that there are no conference activities, education sessions, meetings or events held outside of the exhibit hall.

Outside carriers must be checked in by Wednesday, October 11, at 8 p.m., or by Thursday, October 12, at 3:30 p.m., for all remaining outbound shipments.

Standard Booth Equipment

Each 10×10 booth (10 feet by 10 feet) includes the following standard equipment:

  • 8’ high draped backwall – color is white
  • 3’ high draped siderails – color is white
  • One 7”x44” identification sign (7 inches by 44 inches) with company name and booth number.

The aisles will be carpeted. Aisle carpet color is tuxedo (black and white).

NOTE: All exhibitors must provide or rent floor covering for their booth spaces at their own expense. If you are providing your own floor covering, please indicate on the flooring form that is included in the order form in the exhibitor service kit. Exhibitor-supplied flooring is subject to material handling and labor charges.
